Welcome to karmi.ai (the "Site"), operated by Ankush Wadhwa, sole proprietor, trading as Ankush. By using the Site or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

The Site offers Vedic astrology consultations, chart-pack reports (Karmi Intelligence Pack), written reports, remedies guidance, Vastu consultations, and free calculators/tools based on Vedic astrological methodology.

All purchases, whether from India or internationally, are processed by Ankush Wadhwa, sole proprietor.

2. Nature of Our Services

Our astrology readings, chart packs, reports, and consultations are offered for informational, self-reflective, and entertainment purposes. They are based on classical Vedic astrological methodology and represent interpretation, not prediction of certain outcomes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or major life events remain entirely your own responsibility.

3. Accounts and Accuracy of Information

Some of our tools and reports depend on the accuracy of birth details (date, time, and place of birth) you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect information submitted by you.

4. Payments

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible, based on your detected location, but the final charge is processed in the currency shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We do not store your card details.
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

• Karmi Intelligence Pack orders are generated and emailed automatically upon successful payment.
• Reports (including the Baby Naming Report) are typically delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
• Vastu quotes are typically provided within 48 hours of your request.
• Consultations are confirmed within 48 hours of booking.

These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed SLAs, and may vary based on demand.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to chart-pack methodology, written reports, blog content, and tool outputs — is the intellectual property of Ankush Wadhwa (trading as Ankush) and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to train other systems or products without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer our chart-generation systems
• Submit false or fraudulent information to obtain services
• Resell or redistribute any report, chart pack, or reading obtained through the Site without permission

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment processors, geocoding providers, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of those third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ankush Wadhwa (sole proprietor, trading as Ankush) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any reading, report, or consultation provided.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
