We want you to feel confident purchasing from us. Our refund policy is simple:
Request a refund within 3 days of your purchase, and we'll refund you in full.
This applies to all our products and services — Karmi Intelligence Pack orders, Reports (including the Baby Naming Report), Consultations, and any other paid offering on the Site.
Email contact@karmi.ai within 3 days of your purchase, with your order details (name, email used at purchase, and order/payment reference).
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe) and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, contact us at contact@karmi.ai as early as possible and we'll help you find a new time or process your refund per the policy above.
